I have spent the last 6 years working in private practice physiotherapy, and the past two years in a clinical leadership role mentoring junior clinicians, running professional development sessions, and managing both clinical and admin staff while maintaining a caseload of more than 75 patients per week.
I'm currently completing my Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy degree. I know what it takes to keep developing your practice while working full-time in a demanding clinical environment.
I started Clinical Mastery Institute because I saw patterns with new clinicians that I could easily relate to. My first two years of private practice were a struggle. Senior clinicians left my clinic, I didn't have any structured mentoring, struggling to manage my own caseload and mental health. I then began to question why I even became a physiotherapist.
There are brilliant early-career physios who are technically capable but feel isolated in practice, second-guess their clinical reasoning, and don't have someone in their corner to help them navigate it all. That's exactly what I offer – the mentoring I wished I'd had.
All mentoring is delivered online. Whether you're working through a difficult case, developing your clinical reasoning, or figuring out what the next step in your career looks like — I've got you. If you are a private practice owner who needs support in mentoring your team, I can help.
Regular one-on-one online sessions tailored entirely to you. Work through complex cases, develop your clinical reasoning, get career guidance, or debrief after a difficult week in practice. This is dedicated time and space built around what matters most to you.
Small group online sessions with other early-career physiotherapists. Work through cases together, share experiences, and learn from each other's clinical reasoning. Group sessions combine structured learning with the real value of peer discussion. I am able to accommodate multiple practitioners from the same clinic.
